Job Description (Lv.4) Position LE Job Civil Engineer/Lead Job Specification Skill - Project management and supervision skills. - Negotiating, supervisory and leadership skills. - The ability to think methodically and to manage projects. - Ability to maintain an overview of entire projects while continuing to attend to detailed technicalities. - Ability to work well on multi-disciplinary teams (internal and external) under changing scope. - Ability to work to deadlines and within budgets - Legal compliance. - Sound mathematical, scientific and IT skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Problem-solving skills. Responsibilities - Design of Transformers FDN, BESS FDN, MMS Foundation, Fire Water Tank FDN, Substation Buildings & Equipment FDN, Site Layout, Area Grading, Drainage, Roads, Fence & Gate etc. - Proficiency in site layout, site grading, corrosion protection, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc - Creates feasibility study by analyzing engineering design, conducting environmental impact studies, and assembling data. - Produces engineering documents by developing construction specifications, plans, and schedules. - Prepares engineering design by collecting and studying reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photographs, and tests on soil composition, terrain, hydrological characteristics, and related topographical and geologic data. - Checks the current site condition (interference with the existing facilities, underground utilities etc.) and incorporates in the design - Maintains operations by enforcing project and operational policies and procedures. - Confirms adherence to construction specifications and safety standards by monitoring project progress, inspecting construction site, and verifying calculations and placements. - Ensure all engineering works Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements and code of practice by studying existing and new Codes & legislation; anticipating future legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; and advising management on needed actions. - Attends various meetings with client, subcon, consultant and other relevant parties. - Supports the permitting work - Provides engineering information by answering questions and requests, related to Topographic Survey, Traffic Study, surface water drainage, Earthworks, Road & Paving, Cable trench, SubStation Structures, Security Structures etc. Qualification Education - Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering Career - At least 4 project experience of Solar power plant rest in Combined cycle power plant, Industrial Projects, LNG Plants etc. - Min. Experience in Solar Power Project 3 - 7 Years. - Total 10 years of Engineering Experience.
