Executive Production based at fmcg plant at Ahmedabad

Job Description:

 Maintenance & trouble shooting of machine breakdown in production line.
 Daily preventive maintenance & checking of all filling line equipment.
 Maintain all continuous freezer & filling machine capacity & OEE. Check & resolve
maintenance issue of Hardening tunnel & spiral hardening.
 Managing packing lines of different pack varieties with all kinds of manpower (Skilled &
Unskilled).
 Minimizing RM & PM losses during production
 Online Product Quality check.
 Manpower & Time Management
 Training to new Executives, Operators & Helpers.
 Maximize production by minimizing wastage.
 Maintaining productivity as per target by minimum manpower utilization
 Facilitate teamwork and help build an effective work relationship with other shifts.

 Monitoring of all production and packing related CCPs & recording as per
predefined procedures.
 Providing all Safety Related training & Hygiene related training in plant to new person &
also maintaining the same on strictly basis.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Education/Experienc
e
(degree / diploma)


Diploma (Mechanical or electrical) or BE (Dairy technology)

BE Mechanical Engg. (Experience in Food Industries – Production)

5-7 years working in Ice Cream, Dairy field or food industry.

Knowledge and Skills
(Functional /
Technical)

 Supervise and monitor given production lines, control on losses and
improve machine efficiency and productivity.
 Control on production activities and trouble shooting of machine
breakdown.
 Relevant experience in handling a plant with respect to Production
preferably in FMCG, consumer goods and other related industries.
 Understanding and experience of managing shop floor.
