Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage organic social media across compliant platforms including Instagram, YouTube (age-restricted), Twitter/X, Reddit, and Discord — including content creation, content scheduling, and community moderation

• Build and deploy email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar Email Service Providers (ESP): promotional campaigns, abandoned cart automation, product launch campaigns, and post-purchase workflows while ensuring CAN-SPAM compliance

• Execute SMS marketing campaigns with TCPA compliance, including opt-in workflows, flash sale campaigns, and back-in-stock notifications using platforms such as Postscript or Attentive

• Perform A/B testing on email subject lines, send times, and call-to-action (CTA) elements; analyze and report on email marketing KPIs and SMS performance metrics including Open Rate, CTR (Click-Through Rate), Conversion Rate, and Unsubscribe Rate

• Identify and conduct outreach to micro-influencers, manage influencer marketing campaigns, and provide creator briefs aligned with FTC disclosure requirements and brand guidelines

• Track and optimize affiliate marketing and influencer campaign performance, including reach, promo code redemptions, attributed sales, and ROI metrics

• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, direct messages (DMs), product inquiries, and customer complaints across social platforms

• Ensure all content adheres to platform policies, age-restricted marketing guidelines, and compliance requirements; maintain strict standards to prevent targeting of minors

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, and/or Email Marketing

• Hands-on experience managing business social media accounts and using Email Marketing Platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar tools

• Understanding of FTC Compliance, CAN-SPAM Act, TCPA Regulations, Influencer Marketing Compliance, and Digital Marketing Best Practices

• Strong copywriting and content writing skills for social media captions, email campaigns, and customer-facing communications targeting a US audience

• Experience using Canva or similar graphic design tools to create social media creatives, marketing assets, and email banners

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign dashboards, monitor marketing KPIs, generate performance reports, and derive actionable insights

• Excellent community management, customer engagement, and communication skills
