Key Responsibilities:
✔ Supervise solar project installation and site activities
✔ Monitor project execution as per drawings and specifications
✔ Ensure quality standards and safety compliance
✔ Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders
✔ Conduct site inspections and progress monitoring
✔ Prepare daily and weekly project reports
✔ Resolve on-site technical and operational issues
Required Skills:
✔ Solar Project Execution & Site Management
✔ Quality Control & Safety Compliance
✔ Project Coordination & Reporting
✔ Strong Leadership & Communication Skills
✔ MS Office & Project Management Tools Knowledge
Preferred Candidate:
✅ 2+ Years of Experience in Solar, EPC, Electrical, or Construction Projects
✅ Strong Technical & Problem-Solving Skills
✅ Willingness to Travel for Site Activities
