Hiring CSR Head - Fund Raising for a leading NGO - Ahmedabad Location

Job Description:

Minimum 5 Years of proven work experience with track record as CSR Fund Raiser and Govt Companies, CSR Project Execution, Delivery and Compliances as per Project of Donor company.

Key Responsibilities:
Effective fund raising for Trust. (Min 3 to 5 times of salary)
1. CSR, HNI and Crowd Fund Mobilization,

• Identify and approach companies, PF/LLP, HNI, Trust and other entity for funding opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Donors’ entities.
• Research CSR policies, priorities, and funding cycles of companies.

2. Proposal Development

• Prepare project proposals, concept notes, presentations, and funding requests.
• Align organizational projects with corporate CSR objectives and statutory requirements.

3. Donor Relationship Management

• Maintain regular communication with corporate donors.
• Organize meetings, presentations, and site visits.
• Ensure donor satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

4. Documentation and Reporting

• Prepare utilization reports, impact reports, and progress updates.
• Maintain records of donor interactions, commitments, and grants received.
• Ensure compliance with applicable CSR regulations and reporting requirements.

5. Networking and Outreach

• Attend CSR forums, conferences, and networking events.
• Build partnerships with corporations, foundations, and philanthropic organizations.

6. Project Coordination

• Coordinate with program teams to gather project data and success stories.
• Monitor funded projects and communicate outcomes to donors.

7. Database Management

• Maintain a database of potential and existing CSR donors.
• Track funding opportunities and proposal status
