DISPATCH BILLING EXECUTIVE FOR POWER PLANT - RAMPURA , MUNGELI, CHHATTISGARH

1. Invoice Generation: Accurately prepare tax invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills according to client orders and tax regulations. 
2. Dispatch Planning: Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to plan daily, weekly, or monthly dispatch schedules. 
3. Logistics Coordination: Negotiate freight rates and liaise with transport vendors/drivers for timely vehicle placement and loading. 
4. Payment & Advance Management: Process advance payments to transporters, reconcile freight bills, and coordinate with the finance department. 
5. Billing Reconciliation: Audit billing data, pricing, and quantities to avoid billing errors. 
6. Order Tracking & Updates: Monitor shipments in transit and proactively update sales teams and customers on delivery statuses. 
7. Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all dispatch and billing documents (e.g., LR copies, GRNs, GST filings) are properly maintained for audits.
8. Dispute Resolution: Address and resolve any billing discrepancies, damaged goods, or transportation delays. 
9. Inventory Monitoring: Assist in stock reconciliation, perform inward/outward material checks, and keep digital inventory records up to date. 
10. MIS Reporting: Prepare and share regular MIS reports regarding stock movement, dispatch performance, and outstanding collections with management.
