Finance and Accounts Manager for Kolkata location for manufacturing company

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized Finance and Accounts Manager(Individual contributor) to oversee the financial operations of our company. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess exceptional analytical and communication skills, and be comfortable in being an independent contributor. The Finance and Accounts Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all financial regulations, creating financial reports, forecasting financial performance, and implementing financial strategies that drive growth.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports and budgets.
Day to day accounting work.
Create financial models to estimate future financial performance.
Monitor and manage cash flow, including daily transactions, budgeting, forecasting, balance sheet, P&L and reconciling bank accounts.
Maintain relationships with external stakeholders including banks, tax authorities and auditors.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Act as a liaison with external auditors, tax advisors, and other business service providers.
Prepares MIS reports for senior management with current status and insights
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
Requirements:

CA Inter is required. Qualified CA will be a great bonus

Female preferred
Proven experience (8+ years) as a Finance Manager, Accounting Manager, or similar role. (If CA qualified we can consider 5+yrs)
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and financial analysis.
Experience with accounting software Tally.
Independent contributor and ability to effectively communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team to meet organizational objectives.
Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize workload.
Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
