Job Description:
- Assist in operating the weighbridge and recording vehicle weighment details accurately.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing material vehicles and maintain proper records.
- Generate weighment slips, gate passes, and related documentation.
- Ensure accurate entry of vehicle, material, and dispatch information in the system.
- Coordinate with dispatch, stores, logistics, and security teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain daily weighment reports, registers, and MIS records.
- Verify material quantities and support inventory tracking activities.
- Assist in handling data entry and documentation related to material movement.
- Report discrepancies, equipment issues, or operational concerns to supervisors.
- Follow company procedures, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
- Candidates with computer knowledge, data entry skills, and weighbridge/logistics experience preferred.
