Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Finance Manager to lead and own the company’s
capital management function end-to-end. This role is central to driving debt, equity, and project
finance initiatives that support large-scale commercial and residential developments across
NCR.
This is a high-impact, client-facing role, not limited to back-office accounting. The incumbent will
engage directly with banks, NBFCs, investors, and internal leadership, playing a critical role in
determining the pace and scale of business growth.
The role involves ownership of CMA data preparation and presentation for funding facilities up
to ₹400 Cr, leading debt syndication across multiple lenders, supporting equity fundraising, and
building robust financial models including cash flow forecasts and project IRR analysis. The
position reports to the CFO / Director – Finance.
Key Responsibilities
Financial & Technical Expertise
- Prepare, present, and defend CMA data for credit facilities
- Lead debt syndication and structuring (term loans, working capital, NBFC funding)
- Develop financial models including three-statement models, IRR/NPV, and project
feasibility
- Build and manage rolling 18-month cash flow forecasts
- Conduct credit appraisal, exposure analysis, and financial risk assessment
- Monitor budget vs actual performance and MIS reporting
Fundraising & Stakeholder Management
- Manage relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions
- Negotiate commercial terms including interest rates, covenants, and security structures
- Support equity fundraising through investor presentations, data rooms, and due
diligence
- Ensure investor reporting, compliance, and covenant tracking
Systems & Tools
- Work extensively with Advanced Excel for financial modelling
- Utilize Power BI / Power Query for reporting and analytics
- Operate ERP systems such as Tally, SAP, or Oracle
Leadership & Team Management
- Build and manage a finance/credit team of 3–6 members
- Establish and enforce financial controls and governance processes
Preferred Background
- Experience in real estate or project finance
- Exposure to large-scale funding transactions (₹50 Cr+)
- Certifications such as CFA Level I+ or FRM (preferred)
