Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing vision and drive the growth of our luxury fragrance and white-label perfume business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for brand positioning, marketing strategy, business growth, and building a strong market presence while ensuring profitability and brand equity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead the overall marketing strategy for the brand.
• Build and scale the white-labelling perfume business.
• Develop brand positioning and product marketing strategies.
• Lead performance marketing, branding, and growth initiatives.
• Build and manage domestic partnerships and distribution networks.
• Oversee the marketing team and ensure operational excellence.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and brand equity.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms.
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the Perfume, FMCG, Beauty, Luxury, or Lifestyle industry.
• Strong business acumen and leadership skills.
• Expertise in strategic marketing, brand management, and business development.
• Experience in scaling brands and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in White Labelling business development is preferred.
• MBA in Marketing or related field is preferred.
