Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Jr. Graphic Designer to join our team in Aurangabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually appealing designs for digital and print platforms while supporting marketing, branding, and product promotion initiatives. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging social media creatives for various digital platforms.
• Create product graphics, banners, and website visuals.
• Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, catalogs, and promotional content.
• Perform image editing, retouching, and create product mock-ups using design tools and AI-based applications.
• Edit and create basic promotional videos and reels for digital marketing campaigns.
• Ensure consistency in brand identity across all design materials.
• Collaborate with the Design & Production Leader and other team members to deliver creative solutions.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Knowledge of Canva, AI design tools, and video editing software will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, and visual design principles.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Any Graduate/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field.
