Job Description:

Position:       Accounts Executive

Location:      Goregaon - Mumbai

Experience:  4  - 7 Years

Responsibilities:

• Handling day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
• Preparation and filing of GST returns and ensuring GST compliance.
• Assisting in Income Tax matters and coordinating with tax consultants.
• Preparation of MIS reports and financial statements for management review.
• Maintaining accounting records and supporting statutory audits.
• Coordinating with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other stakeholders.
• Managing personal accounts and financial records of the business owners/promoters.
• Tracking investments, fixed deposits, mutual funds, insurance policies, and other financial assets.
• Coordinating personal income tax planning and compliance.
• Monitoring property-related payments, taxes, maintenance charges, and related documentation.
• Tracking loan repayments, EMI schedules, interest payments, and associated records.
• Ensuring complete confidentiality of financial and personal information.
• Undertaking any other responsibilities assigned from time to time related to accounts, finance, taxation, or administration.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, MIS Reporting, and accounting principles.
• Experience in handling individual accounts of business owners/promoters. Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Experience in handling individual accounts of business owners/promoters.
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Office Excel.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation 

Salary :- Upto 6.00 LPA
