Job Description:

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support day-to-day human resource operations. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR administration, and employee engagement activities while ensuring smooth HR processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Schedule and manage interview processes and candidate communication.
  • Maintain recruitment databases and hiring records.

Employee Onboarding & Documentation

  • Coordinate employee joining formalities and induction programs.
  • Prepare and maintain employee files and documentation.
  • Collect, verify, and update employee records and statutory documents.
  • Ensure completion of onboarding processes and compliance requirements.

Attendance & Leave Management

  • Monitor daily attendance and maintain attendance records.
  • Process leave applications and maintain leave balances.
  • Coordinate with departments regarding attendance-related concerns.
  • Generate attendance and leave reports as required.

HR Operations & MIS

  • Maintain employee databases and HR Management Information Systems (MIS).
  • Prepare HR reports related to recruitment, attendance, attrition, and employee data.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR records.
  • Support payroll inputs by providing attendance and employee data.

Employee Engagement

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement and welfare activities.
  • Support internal communication initiatives.
  • Help address employee queries and coordinate with relevant departments.
  • Promote a positive and professional work environment.

Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • BBA / MBA (HR) qualification.
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of HR experience can apply.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong team collaboration skills.
