The role is designed to build strong capability in HR excellence, data-driven HR, and plant HR coordination
.Coordination of Plant HR Initiatives
- Act as a coordination point for Plant HR initiatives, programs, and reviews.
- Track progress of ongoing HR initiatives across plants and follow up for timely execution.
- Support rollout of standardized HR processes, formats, and practices across plants.
- Assist in consolidation of best practices and learning from different plants.
