Job Description:

Position:        Dispatch Officer

Location:       Silvassa

Experience:   1 - 2 Years

Industries:    Engineering

Responsibilities:        

• Handle daily dispatch operations and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Prepare invoices, E-way bills, delivery challans, and dispatch documentation.
• Coordinate with transporters, warehouse, and production departments.
• Monitor loading/unloading activities and maintain dispatch records.
• Track shipments and ensure on-time deliveries to customers.
• Perform dispatch entries, stock transfers, and inventory transactions in SAP ERP.
• Generate MIS reports and maintain accurate dispatch data.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of dispatch, logistics, and inventory management.
• Hands-on experience in SAP (MM/SD Module) and MS Excel.
• Familiarity with E-way bill generation and invoicing.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Salary: - Upto 3.60 LPA
