Team Lead Accounts

Job Description:

Job Summary: Team lead would manage US Accounting, month end closing P&L of balance sheet, General Accounting, Accounts Reconciliation, Validation, tax filing, Reports allocation, Cost centre accounting, leading a team of 3-4 accounts executive and client handing. 

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage General accounting for US Clients, month end closing, P&L, balance sheet reconciliations, reporting, categorization of Bank & Credit card transactions
• Tax filing, Reports allocation, Cost centre accounting,
• Leading a team of 3-4 accounts executive and review their work to ensure the quality of work. 
• Manage and connect with customer to reconcile and resolve the accounts queries.
• AP / AR accounting
• Revenue and payout reconciliation
• Bank & Credit card reconciliation   

Requirements:

• Experience - should have 5+ years of experience in US accounting with 2+ years in Team leading role
• Good communication & interpersonal skills to communicate with foreign  (US) clients
• Team handling
• Quick books online experience
• Good knowledge in excel and Ability to analyze and resolve reconciliation discrepancies. 
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Preferred Industry Experience - Property Management, Hospitality, Vacation Rental, or Accounting Outsourcing Services

Working Environment:

• Shift - US Shift - 5:30 to 3:30 PM 
• Work Mode - work from home for inital 3 month and later work from office - Gurugram with both side cabs
