Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: Mumbai

Experience Required: 2–5 years

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Mode: On-site

Days and time: Monday to Friday (10 am to 7 pm)

Role Overview

We are looking for a HR Recruiter to manage recruitment operations, coordinate with external recruitment partners, support internal hiring initiatives, and handle end-of-month payroll coordination. T

he role also includes maintaining HR policies and ensuring process compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Coordination

● Coordinate with external recruitment agencies to source candidates for open roles.

● Screen and shortlist candidates for the first round of evaluation.

● Schedule and manage interview processes with internal stakeholders.

● Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Internal Hiring

● Use job portals such as Naukri, Shine, and WorkIndia to source candidates directly.

● Post job openings, evaluate applications, and drive the hiring process end-to-end.

● Ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.

Payroll Support

● Coordinate monthly payroll activities, including data collation, leave updates, and salary input sharing.

● Ensure accurate and timely closure of all payroll-related inputs. Policy Management

● Assist in the documentation, communication, and compliance of HR policies.

● Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.

● Support in onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with internal standards.

Asset Management & Vendor Coordination

● Maintain and regularly update the company’s asset inventory linked to employees (e.g., laptops, phones, IDs).

● Coordinate with the asset vendor to ensure accurate monthly billing.

● Track issuance, return, and condition of company assets during employee lifecycle changes.

Required Skills & Experience

● 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in both agency coordination and internal hiring.

● Familiarity with payroll inputs and HR operational processes.

● Proficiency in using recruitment platforms such as Naukri, Shine, and WorkIndia.

● Strong communication and coordination skills.

● Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines efficiently.
