Job Description:

Position:  Maintenance Executive

Location:    Umbergaon  - Vapi

Experience:   5 - 10 Years

Industries:    Plastic 

Responsibilities:

• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery and equipment.
• Handle maintenance and upkeep of moulds to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical panels, motors, drives, wiring, and plant electrical systems.
• Manage utilities such as Air Compressors, Chillers, Cooling Towers, DG Sets, Water Pumps, and related equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults.
• Ensure maximum machine uptime and minimum production downtime.
• Maintain maintenance records and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Purchase departments for maintenance requirements.
• Monitor critical spare parts and support procurement activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance best practices.

Required Skills:

• Candidates from PET Bottle Manufacturing, Injection Moulding, Stretch Blow
• Moulding, Plastic Packaging, Caps & Closures, FMCG Packaging, or Rigid Plastics Industries will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance, machine maintenance, mould maintenance, and utility management.
• Ability to independently handle maintenance operations and breakdown situations.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Electrical

Salary :- Upto 6.00 LPA
