QC Executive

Job Description:

Position:       QC Executive

Location:      Umbergaon  - Vapi

Experience:   3 - 4 Years 

Industries:    Plastic 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality inspection of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
• Monitor product quality parameters and ensure compliance with customer specifications.
• Perform routine testing and maintain quality records and reports.
• Identify quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Production to reduce rejection, wastage, and process deviations.
• Handle customer complaints and support quality-related investigations.
• Maintain quality documentation, testing records, and audit requirements.
• Monitor rejection trends and prepare quality MIS reports.
• Ensure calibration and upkeep of quality testing instruments.
• Support production trials, new product development, and process improvements.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, and Management on quality-relatedmatters.
• Responsible for implementation of QLS systems.

Required Skills:

• Experience in PET Bottle Manufacturing, Injection Moulding, Stretch Blow
• Moulding, Plastic Packaging, Caps & Closures, FMCG Packaging, or Rigid Plastics Industries will be preferred.
• Knowledge of quality inspection techniques, testing procedures, and quality documentation.
• Good understanding of quality systems, CAPA, and root cause analysis.
• Ability to independently manage quality activities and coordinate with productio teams.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Plastics

Salary :- Upto 4.50 LPA
