Job Description:

 Handle complete B2B sales and business development operations for Personal Care, FMCG, Beauty,
and Private Labelling products
 Develop new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term clients
 Manage key customer accounts, negotiations, pricing discussions, and lead closures
 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and drive revenue growth
 Lead and monitor sales, marketing, and client coordination activities
 Handle quotations, Proforma Invoices, sales reports, customer databases, and business records
 Coordinate with production, dispatch, and management teams for smooth project execution
 Manage private labelling projects from inquiry to final dispatch
 Strong experience in lead generation, client follow-ups, target completion, and project handling
required
 Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports
 Train and guide junior sales executives/interns when required
 Strong command of MS Excel, CRM handling, email communication, and business documentation
preferred
 Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in B2B Sales, FMCG, Cosmetics, Personal Care, or Private
Labelling industry mandatory
 Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and multitasking skills required
