Sales Manager
Job Description:
Handle complete B2B sales and business development operations for Personal Care, FMCG, Beauty,
and Private Labelling products
Develop new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term clients
Manage key customer accounts, negotiations, pricing discussions, and lead closures
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and drive revenue growth
Lead and monitor sales, marketing, and client coordination activities
Handle quotations, Proforma Invoices, sales reports, customer databases, and business records
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and management teams for smooth project execution
Manage private labelling projects from inquiry to final dispatch
Strong experience in lead generation, client follow-ups, target completion, and project handling
required
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports
Train and guide junior sales executives/interns when required
Strong command of MS Excel, CRM handling, email communication, and business documentation
preferred
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in B2B Sales, FMCG, Cosmetics, Personal Care, or Private
Labelling industry mandatory
Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and multitasking skills required
