Sr. Architect

Job Description:

Job Summary:
We looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design and manage
residential/commercial real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning,
designing, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring timely project execution as per quality
standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare architectural designs, layouts, and construction drawings.
Develop concept plans as per client and management requirements.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior consultants.
Ensure project designs comply with local building codes and regulations.
Visit sites regularly to monitor construction progress and quality.
Review contractor drawings and material specifications.
Optimize space planning, functionality, and aesthetics.
Support project approvals from municipal and statutory authorities.
Manage timelines, budgets, and design changes.
Present design proposals to management when required.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, MS Office.
Good understanding of construction materials and methods.
Knowledge of sanction drawings and local approval processes.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
