Job Description:
Ami Polymer is looking for a dynamic and business-oriented Sales HR professional to partner closely with the Sales Leadership team. The role will be responsible for end-to-end sales talent acquisition, sales force effectiveness, performance monitoring, incentive planning, productivity tracking, and strategic HR interventions to drive sales growth and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for sales positions across regions and business segments.
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-performing sales professionals.
- Coordinate with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Build and maintain a strong sales talent pipeline.
Sales Performance Monitoring
- Track and monitor sales team productivity and effectiveness.
- Review Daily Work Reports (DWR), Visit Reports, and field activity reports.
- Generate performance dashboards and MIS reports for management review.
- Identify productivity gaps and recommend corrective actions.
Incentive Planning & Administration
- Design, implement, and review sales incentive schemes aligned with business objectives.
- Calculate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales incentives.
- Ensure accuracy and transparency in incentive payouts.
- Analyze incentive effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Strategic HR Business Partnering
- Partner with sales leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.
- Support territory expansion, manpower budgeting, and sales structure optimization.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives for the sales team.
- Assist in performance management and succession planning.
Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare sales HR metrics and reports including:
- Headcount tracking
- Attrition analysis
- Recruitment effectiveness
- Productivity analysis
- Incentive payout reports
- Sales manpower cost analysis
- Present insights and recommendations to senior management.
Compliance & Process Excellence
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and processes.
- Drive standardization and automation of sales HR processes.
- Maintain accurate employee and incentive records.
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related discipline.
- 8–15 years of experience in Sales HR, Sales Recruitment, or HR Business Partnering.
- Strong experience in sales hiring across multiple geographies.
- Hands-on experience in incentive design, incentive calculations, and sales productivity management.
- Proficiency in Excel, MIS reporting, dashboards, and data analytics.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in manufacturing, healthcare, industrial products, polymers, pharmaceuticals, or related sectors will be preferred.
