Hiring for HR Executive in leading PCB manufacturer in India with advanced Infrastructure & huge production capacity - 100,000 sqm /month & with a mass satisfied customer base throughout India & Abroad. .Manufacturing Industry

Position: HR Executive

Education – MBA

Experience:  Min 3 years of experience in manufacturing generalist, Payroll & Statutory 

Salary: Rs. 3.00 LPA

Job responsibility:

• Monitoring the time office functions.
• Preparation of Salary and Wages.
• Daily Attendance of workers & Staff in Muster Roll & in the Computer system.
• Preparation of Monthly PF, PT statement /Challan for monthly return.
• Settling bills of Contractors related to Labour.
• Maintain employee’s personal records.
• Maintain Statutory Register.
• Maintain Leave Register online.
• New IP creation & updation of new joined employee on PF/ESIC portal.Employment Exchange/TIC Forms Factory Return, Mathadi Board, Guard Board etc.
• Employees Welfare activities.
• Co-coordinating/ Discussing with HOD’s & Workers
• Communications like Notice, Circular, Office& Correspondence.
• Recruitment/ Inductions.
• Yearly Appraisal of employees.
• Training for employees & workers.
• Preparation of Full & Final statement of the employees.
• Calculations of Bonus & Gratuity.
• Co-coordinating with Safety Dept. for attending the Safety meetings.
• Survey of HR-related activities & benchmarking with best.
• Co-ordination of Visits/ Meeting
• Settlement of individual’s grievances/issues.
• Handling Guest/ Hotel Booking/ Canteen/ Bus transportation for employees/ Gardening/ House Keeping/ Security administration.
• Responsible for internal audit of HR department every month.
