Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Data Analyst with experience to transform data into actionable insights and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with data tools, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large, complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and support business decisions
- Design, develop, and maintain automated dashboards and reports for real-time monitoring of key performance metrics
- Build and optimize data pipelines for efficient data extraction, transformation, and analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business, marketing, and operations to understand data requirements and deliver insights
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support high-priority business cases and campaigns
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to uncover business opportunities
- Develop predictive models and forecasting solutions to support financial and operational planning
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting systems
- Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in data analysis or related roles
- Strong proficiency in:
- Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib)
- SQL (advanced querying, data manipulation)
- Advanced Excel (VBA, Macros, Power Query)
- Experience with BI/visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI
- Experience working with databases such as SQL and MongoDB
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle large datasets and perform complex transformations
- Excellent communication skills to translate data into business insights
