Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Data Analyst with experience to transform data into actionable insights and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with data tools, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze large, complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and support business decisions
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated dashboards and reports for real-time monitoring of key performance metrics
  • Build and optimize data pipelines for efficient data extraction, transformation, and analysis
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business, marketing, and operations to understand data requirements and deliver insights
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to support high-priority business cases and campaigns
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to uncover business opportunities
  • Develop predictive models and forecasting solutions to support financial and operational planning
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting systems
  • Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in data analysis or related roles
  • Strong proficiency in:
    • Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib)
    • SQL (advanced querying, data manipulation)
    • Advanced Excel (VBA, Macros, Power Query)
  • Experience with BI/visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI
  • Experience working with databases such as SQL and MongoDB
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle large datasets and perform complex transformations
  • Excellent communication skills to translate data into business insights
