HR Executive
Job Description:
Role Summary:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract quality talent.
- Collaborate with leaders on hiring needs and job requirements.
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Utilize diverse channels to engage qualified candidates and maintain a talent pipeline.
- Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new hires.
2. Onboarding & Induction:
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including document collection, system setup, and orientation.
3. Employee Lifecycle HRMS Software & Employee Database Management:
- Assist the HR Manager in updating and maintaining the HRMS software.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry and management of the employee database within the HRMS system.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of all employee data.
- Oversee all stages of the employee lifecycle, from entry to exit, ensuring smooth transitions.
4. Exit Management & Full and Final Settlements:
- Manage the exit process, including exit interviews, clearance procedures, and feedback collection.
- Process full and final settlements accurately and in a timely manner.
5. Employee Engagement:
- Plan and organize employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop initiatives that enhance employee morale and retention.
- Gather feedback from employees to improve engagement strategies.
6. Policy Implementation & Compliance:
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulation.
Support in the development and communication of new HR policies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1- 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRMS software and MS Excel applications.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Someone with 1+years of experience from Western suburbs near by to Borivali to Ram Mandir side preferred.
