Business Development & Group Travel Executive

Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 3–5 Years
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Shift: UK Business Hours

Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development & Group Travel Executive with experience in the travel industry to manage group bookings, prepare quotations, develop travel partnerships, and drive business growth. The role requires strong client handling, sales, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities
Represent the company at travel exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, tour operators, corporate clients, and travel partners.
Handle group booking inquiries and provide suitable travel solutions.
Prepare competitive quotations and support pricing decisions.
Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers for smooth booking execution.
Follow up on inquiries and support conversion of leads into confirmed bookings.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion initiatives.

Required Skills
Experience in travel sales, tour operations, group bookings, or travel partnerships.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of travel quotations, costing, and itinerary planning.
Good customer relationship management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and computer applications.
Willingness to travel for exhibitions and business events.

Preferred Profile
3–5 years of experience with travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs, or sightseeing companies.
Experience in B2B and B2C travel sales.
Exposure to international travel markets is an advantage.
Self-driven professional with strong business development skills.

Qualification
Graduate in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
