We are looking for an innovative electronics professional with strong expertise in product design, PCB development, testing, debugging, and new product development for audio and mobile accessory products.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and improve electronic products.
- Lead new product development (NPD) initiatives.
- Develop and optimize PCB circuits and electronic schematics.
- Perform product testing, validation and debugging.
- Conduct battery testing and evaluate battery performance parameters.
- Test power supply units and troubleshoot quality issues.
- Prepare and interpret PCB schematics.
- Coordinate with customers during product development.
- Work closely with Production, Quality, Purchase and Marketing teams.
- Ensure products meet quality and performance standards.
- Resolve technical issues during product development.
- Support continuous product improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- Diploma or B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering.
- 5–9 years of experience in Electronics R&D.
- Experience in Audio Products or Mobile Accessories manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of PCB design and electronic circuits.
- Hands-on experience in product testing and debugging.
- Knowledge of audio measurement instruments.
- Battery testing and battery management systems.
- Power supply testing and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and prepare electronic schematics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Customer coordination and technical support experience.
