Job Description:
Role & responsibilities:
- Passion for sales, business development, and customer interaction.
- Generate sales opportunities for Atlas Copco Air Compressors and related solutions.
- Identify and develop new customers across manufacturing, engineering, pharmaceutical, FMCG, and other industrial sectors.
- Conduct regular field visits to domestic and multinational companies.
- Generate leads through cold calling, customer visits, consultant meetings, and OEM interactions.
- Convert inquiries into business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals as per customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotation preparation, order execution, and customer support.
- Maintain sales pipelines, opportunity trackers, and customer databases.
- Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable compressor solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Prepare sales reports, visit reports, and market intelligence updates.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Preferred candidate profile:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of industrial equipment or engineering products.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and customer requirements.
- Good presentation and customer relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving license.
- Passion for sales, business development, and customer interaction.

Our client are authorized dealer for Atlas Copco for their --- compressors, dryers, filters, receiver tank etc. for sale, service and spares business. They are also dealing with oil free screw blowers, vacuum pumps, oxygen and nitrogen generators from Atlas Copco.
