Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery, equipment, and facility systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults and carry out repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and minimize downtime.
• Maintain maintenance records, service logs, and repair documentation.
• Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure equipment availability.
• Install, test, and commission new equipment when required.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.
• Monitor spare parts inventory and report requirements for replacements.
• Assist in improving equipment performance and reliability.

Requirements

• Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment.
• Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and safety regulations.
• Willingness to work in shifts if required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PLC-controlled machinery is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills for maintenance reporting and documentation.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
