Job Description:
Job Responsibilities
* Manage the front desk and reception area.
* Handle member inquiries, phone calls, and visitor interactions.
* Maintain data records and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel.
* Create and manage letters, documents, and meeting notes using Microsoft Word.
* Organize and maintain files on Google Drive.
* Manage member registrations, updates, and daily operations through the EBN App.
* Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments.
* Perform general office administration and support tasks.
Required Skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Basic to Intermediate level).
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word.
* Familiarity with Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
* Experience using mobile applications and web-based software.
* Strong communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.
* Accurate data entry and record management skills.
* Well-organized, detail-oriented, and quick to learn new systems.
* Professional attitude with good interpersonal skills.
