MIS Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive with strong Microsoft Excel skills, experience in Tally ERP / Tally Prime, and excellent Client Communication abilities. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing day-to-day Accounting Operations, maintaining accurate Financial Records, and coordinating effectively with clients regarding account-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Sales Entry and Purchase Entry in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
• Maintain accurate Accounting Records, Invoices, Vouchers, and Financial Documents.
• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) activities.
• Coordinate with clients regarding Payments, Invoices, Outstanding Balances, and Account Reconciliation.
• Prepare and maintain various MIS Reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Manage Bank Reconciliation and Ledger Verification.
• Ensure timely and accurate Data Entry of financial transactions.
• Support Month-End Closing and Year-End Accounting Activities.
• Maintain proper Documentation and Record Management.
• Assist management with Financial Reporting and Administrative Accounting Tasks.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Data Analysis, and Data Management.
• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
• Knowledge of Sales Accounting and Purchase Accounting.
• Good understanding of GST Compliance, Tax Invoices, and Accounting Principles.
• Excellent Client Communication, Follow-up, and Coordination Skills.
• Strong Attention to Detail and Accuracy.
• Good Organizational Skills and Time Management abilities.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree (B.Com) in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Additional certification in Tally ERP / Tally Prime will be an added advantage.
