Experience:   25+ Years

Industries:    Infrastructure 

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert financial advisory services to management and clients.
• Review and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and financial performance.
• Advise on budgeting, cash flow management, and financial planning.
• Guide on taxation, GST, Income Tax, and statutory compliance matters.
• Support business expansion, investment decisions, and financial risk assessment.
• Review internal controls and recommend process improvements.
• Assist in financial due diligence, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide strategic recommendations for cost optimization and profitability enhancement.
• Offer guidance on corporate governance and financial best practices.
• Participate in meetings and provide expert consultation as required.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, GST, Income Tax, and Financial Management.
• Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualification: - CA

Salary :- Upto 10.00 LPA
