About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager – Financial Consolidation to manage group financial consolidation, statutory reporting, IFRS reporting, and financial compliance for multiple subsidiaries.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and experience working in multinational organizations with complex group reporting structures.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare consolidated and standalone financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS and Group Accounting Policies.
  • Perform intercompany eliminations and consolidation adjustments.
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation.
  • Prepare detailed financial disclosures and statutory reports.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
  • Support financial reporting automation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Work closely with multiple domestic and international subsidiaries.
  • Ensure timely submission of group reporting packages.
  • Maintain strong financial controls and reporting accuracy.
  • Analyze financial data and provide management insights.
  • Support finance transformation and digital reporting initiatives.
