Job Title: Asst.Vice President – Marketing (Foundry Division)

Location: Belgaum
Department: Foundry Division
Reporting To: Joint Managing Director

 

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Asst. Vice President – Marketing for our Foundry Division to drive strategic marketing initiatives, business growth, and market expansion. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in marketing and business development within the foundry or metal casting sector.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Strategic Marketing & Business Development:

 

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share in the foundry industry.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Lead product positioning, pricing strategies, and competitive analysis to drive revenue growth.

 

Sales & Customer Engagement:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to formulate customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry stakeholders, and partners.
  • Drive customer satisfaction initiatives and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

 

Market Research & Competitive Intelligence:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to analyze industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and sales strategies.

 

Branding & Digital Marketing:

  • Oversee brand management, advertising, and promotional activities for the foundry division.
  • Leverage digital marketing tools, trade shows, and industry events to enhance brand presence.

 

Leadership & Team Management:

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a high-performance and results-driven culture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 20+ years in Sales Marketing & business development in the foundry, metal casting, Iron , Alumimium Forging industries.
  • Should be dealing with OEMs like Tractor, CV, Off-highway segments ,
  • Tractor : M&M,Tafe Escorts ,ITL,
  • Industrial- Cummins, Caterpillar , KOEL etc.
  • Trucks – Tata Cummins, Volvo, Daimler etc.
  • Education: BE+MBA in Marketing / related technical field preferred.

 

  • Skills:
    • Proven leadership in B2B marketing & business growth strategies.
    • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Experience in digital marketing, branding, and strategic planning.
    • Ability to drive global and domestic market expansion.
