Position: Blow Molding and Filling machine Technician / Engineer-

Department: Production & Maintenance
Reports To: Production Manager / Plant Manager
Working Schedule: Rotational shifts as per plant operational requirements

Job Purpose: Operate, maintain and optimize PET combi Block (blow molders, filler and capping system) machines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate SACMI combi Block (blow molders, filler and capping system)
• Optimize bottle quality and Preform Rejection
• Mold changeovers
• Troubleshoot pneumatic/mechanical/process issues
• Perform Preventive Maintenance of Combi block including filling and capping unit. (Oiling, greasing, automated lubrication system, Filling valve maintenance)
• Operate fillers and maintenance of filling valves
• Troubleshoot filling/capping systems
• Support CIP/startup / end up
• Optimize efficiency and Reduce downtime
• Support commissioning
• Train operators.

Preferred Experience: Experience in beverage manufacturing on high-speed PET bottling lines, preferably SACMI; Krones, Sidel or KHS experience acceptable.

Qualification

• 12th Pass / Higher Secondary with ITI, Trade Certificate, Technical Diploma, or equivalent qualification in the relevant trade.
• Candidates with strong hands-on experience in beverage manufacturing will be given preference.

Common Selection Criteria:

• 5–10+ years of beverage manufacturing experience.
• Hands-on experience on high-speed PET bottling equipment.
• Experience with SACMI preferred; Krones, Sidel and KHS acceptable.
• Experience in installation, commissioning, startup and troubleshooting preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and safety mindset.
• Good English communication; French is an advantage.
• Africa work experience preferred.
