Position: Labeling, Shrink-Wrapping and Palletizer Technician-

Department: Production & Maintenance
Reports To: Production Manager / Plant Manager

Working Schedule: Rotational shifts as per plant operational requirements

Job Purpose: Operate and maintain packaging equipment / machines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain labelers/shrink wrappers / Palletizer and stretch wrap machines.
• Format changes and Startup support.
• Quality checks
• Preventive Maintenance and troubleshoot.
• Assist to Commission new equipment.

Qualification

• 12th Pass / Higher Secondary with ITI, Trade Certificate, Technical Diploma, or equivalent qualification in the relevant trade.
• Candidates with strong hands-on experience in beverage manufacturing will be given preference.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in beverage manufacturing on high-speed PET bottling lines, preferably SACMI; Krones, Sidel or KHS experience acceptable.
• 5–10+ years of beverage manufacturing experience.
• Hands-on experience on high-speed PET bottling equipment.
• Experience with SACMI preferred; Krones, Sidel and KHS acceptable.
• Experience in installation, commissioning, startup and troubleshooting preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and safety mindset.
• Good English communication; French is an advantage.
• Africa work experience preferred.
