Position: ETP Technician / Executive

Reports To: Quality Manager / Utilities Manager

Working Schedule: Rotational shifts as per plant operational requirements

Job Purpose: Operate and maintain effluent treatment plant (200 KLD MBR tech.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Run and maintain ETP based on incoming waste (effluent water)
• ·         Operate and maintain the complete ETP, including DAF, Anoxic Tank, Aeration System, MBR, pumps, blowers, and dosing systems.
• ·         Monitor incoming effluent quality and adjust process parameters, aeration, and chemical dosing accordingly.
• ·         Perform routine laboratory testing (pH, COD, BOD, TSS, DO, MLSS, SV30, etc.) and maintain records.
• ·         Monitor biomass/culture growth and membrane performance to ensure efficient treatment.
• ·         Carry out preventive maintenance and attend breakdowns to ensure uninterrupted operation.
• ·         Maintain housekeeping, safety, and environmental compliance.
• ·         Coordinate with Production and Quality teams for effective wastewater treatment and treated water reuse.
• Maintain inventory of spares parts and chemicals and timely co-ordination with Procurement team.

Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.

Preferred Experience:

• ·         Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial or beverage industry ETP operation.
• ·         Mandatory experience with DAF, Anoxic Tank, Aeration System, and MBR technology.
• ·         Knowledge of laboratory testing, biological treatment processes, chemical dosing, and preventive   maintenance.
