Position: Purchase Associate

Responsibilities:
- Support purchase department by preparing purchase requisitions, obtaining quotes, and evaluating supplier bids
- Conducted market research to identify cost-effective suppliers, contributing to a [10%] reduction in material costs.
- Maintained accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and contracts using ERP.
- Coordinated with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Worked closely with inventory and warehouse teams to monitor stock levels.
- Obtained quotes and conducted basic negotiations to reduce procurement costs.
- Handled discrepancies in delivery, billing, and order specifications promptly
- Provided administrative support to the procurement team.
