Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to lead and develop the company's field operations. The role involves planning, controlling, monitoring, and improving daily service operations while ensuring service quality, SOP compliance, customer satisfaction, and team productivity. The Operations Manager will work closely with Management, Sales, HR, and Training teams to drive operational excellence and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Operations Planning & Execution

• Plan, organize, and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly operational activities.
• Ensure timely execution of all customer service schedules.
• Allocate manpower, vehicles, equipment, and resources efficiently.
• Develop work schedules for supervisors and field staff.
• Monitor service completion and maintain operational quality standards.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.

  1. Supervisor Management & Team Development

• Lead, guide, and mentor Field Supervisors and operational staff.
• Conduct regular review meetings and performance discussions.
• Monitor productivity and efficiency of supervisors and field teams.
• Develop leadership capabilities within the supervisory team.
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs, reporting systems, and discipline standards.
• Coordinate with HR and Training Departments to identify and address training needs.

  1. SOP Implementation & Process Management

• Ensure strict implementation of operational SOPs across all service locations.
• Review and improve operational processes for enhanced efficiency and consistency.
• Conduct regular process audits and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Develop practical systems that improve productivity and service quality.

  1. Customer Service Management

• Maintain effective coordination with key customers and stakeholders.
• Review customer feedback and address service-related concerns promptly.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and operational issues.
• Conduct customer visits whenever required.
• Support the Sales Team during technical discussions and service planning activities.

  1. Quality Control & Service Monitoring

• Monitor service quality through audits, inspections, and supervisor reviews.
• Review service reports, audit findings, and customer feedback.
• Identify recurring issues and implement preventive and corrective actions.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of operational activities.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service.

  1. Material & Inventory Coordination

• Coordinate operational material requirements with relevant departments.
• Monitor consumption of chemicals, equipment, and consumables.
• Ensure proper stock planning and availability of operational resources.
• Control wastage and promote cost-effective operational practices.

  1. Reporting & Management Communication

• Prepare and present operational performance reports.
• Monitor key operational KPIs and productivity metrics.
• Provide regular updates to senior management.
• Analyze manpower utilization, service efficiency, and customer satisfaction levels.
• Recommend operational improvements to support business growth.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
• Additional certifications in Operations Management, Facility Management, or related fields will be an advantage.

Experience

• Proven experience in Operations Management, Facility Management, Pest Control Services, Service Industry, Field Operations, or related sectors.
• Experience in handling large field teams and supervisors is highly preferred.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
