Back Office Assistant – Job Description
Maintain all stock records including raw material, loose stock, boxes, and batch coding details
Handle inward and outward stock entries properly
Maintain dispatch records and coordinate shipment activities
Prepare and maintain documentation, invoices, and office records
Ensure bills and documents are properly signed and filed
Keep technical documents and reports ready when required
Manage sampling records and sample dispatch coordination
Maintain conference room arrangements and office coordination work
Coordinate with production, packing, and sales teams for daily operations
Handle data entry, filing, and record maintenance in Excel and software
Manage emails, calls, and basic client/vendor communication
Ensure proper stock tracking and reporting on daily basis
Complete knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email handling required
Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills preferred
