Client Servicing Associate – QC & Coordination
Job Description:
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Client Servicing Associate to support the Account Management team with first-level quality checks and project coordination. The role involves checking creative and content outputs for copy accuracy, grammar, data, disclaimers, formatting, and basic brand guideline adherence before they move to the Account Manager for final review.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check creative and content outputs for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting errors.
- Cross-check artwork copy against approved content, client feedback, and brief requirements.
- Verify numbers, dates, scheme names, percentages, disclaimers, and other factual details.
- Check basic brand guideline hygiene such as logo placement, fonts, colors, and layout consistency.
- Ensure client corrections and internal changes have been properly incorporated.
- Maintain QC checklists, trackers, and version records.
- Coordinate with Designers, Content Writers, and Account Managers to close corrections.
Key Requirements:
- Graduate in English, Mass Communication, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields.
- Excellent command over written English.
- Strong proofreading and attention-to-detail skills.
- Comfortable checking numbers, facts, and small details.
- Basic understanding of creative layouts and brand guidelines.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work across multiple projects and deadlines.
Preferred Experience:
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in proofreading, content checking, client servicing support, advertising, digital marketing, publishing, or BFSI communication.
This role will act as the first quality filter in the servicing process and help the Account Management team deliver cleaner, sharper, and more dependable work to clients.
