Job Title: Instrumentation Engineer

Location: Nath Paper Mill, Paithan

Experience: 4 – 8 Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Instrumentation, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Instrumentation Engineer to maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot instrumentation and automation systems within the plant. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth and reliable operation of process control systems, minimizing downtime, and supporting efficient production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and calibrate field instruments such as Flow, Pressure, Level, and Temperature transmitters.
• Monitor and maintain PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems.
• Troubleshoot instrumentation and control system faults in Paper Machine, Pulp Mill, and Boiler sections.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Conduct loop checking, calibration, and instrument testing as per maintenance schedules.
• Support plant shutdown, commissioning, and startup activities.
• Ensure proper functioning of control loops and process instrumentation systems.
• Maintain maintenance records, calibration reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with plant safety standards.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Industrial Automation and Process Instrumentation.
• Hands-on experience with DCS, PLC, and SCADA systems.
• Understanding of control loops, sensors, transmitters, and instrumentation systems.
• Calibration, troubleshooting, and fault-finding skills.
• Ability to read P&IDs, loop diagrams, and instrumentation drawings.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Diploma or B.E. in Instrumentation, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
• 4–8 years of experience in instrumentation maintenance within Pulp & Paper, Process Industries, Manufacturing Plants, or similar industries.
• Experience in handling industrial automation systems and field instrumentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Candidates willing to work in a plant environment and handle shift operations when required.
