Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic Business Development Manager to drive business growth by developing distributor networks, managing key customer accounts, and expanding market presence across the assigned region. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in channel sales, distributor management, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand the distributor network to increase market penetration.
  • Identify, appoint, onboard, and manage distributors and channel partners.
  • Drive primary and secondary sales through effective channel management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate customers and distributors.
  • Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
  • Execute sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare monthly sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business performance analysis.
  • Ensure timely collections and adherence to company credit policies.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to regional business growth.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • MBA preferred but not mandatory.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in Channel Sales, Distributor Sales, Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, or related industries.
  • Strong experience in distributor appointment and relationship management.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Good analytical and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/Sales reporting tools.
