Role Summary:

We are looking for a well-groomed Client Relationship Manager responsible for engaging with key clients by building and maintaining strong, trusting relationships. The Client Relationship Manager will identify opportunities to grow the client base and build positive relationships with new clients.

The ideal candidate should be strategic, analytical, and capable of finding effective solutions to ensure maximum client satisfaction. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to maintain the core values of the organization.

The role includes conducting quality assurance surveys to understand client satisfaction levels and using feedback to improve services. The Client Relationship Manager will work closely with sales and accounts teams to ensure strong client relationships are maintained.

 Customer Relationship Manager Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain profitable relationships with key clients.
  • Manage and oversee client relationships.
  • Resolve client complaints quickly and efficiently.
  • Keep clients updated on the latest trends and opportunities to increase sales.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for strategic planning.
  • Expand client base through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
  • Conduct regular business reviews using CRM tools.
  • Monitor competitors and develop strategies accordingly.

Customer Relationship Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any stream or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong product knowledge.
  • Team player with leadership abilities.
  • Positive attitude with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
