Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare investor presentations, pitch decks, teasers, and information memorandums.
- Conduct industry, market, and company research.
- Analyze business models, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities.
- Assist in Quality of Earnings (QoE) and transaction analysis.
- Review and analyze financial statements and operational data.
- Prepare reports, investment summaries, and client deliverables.
- Reviewing bookkeeping and identifying and issues in bookkeeping
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of accounting entries and financial statements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with financial modelling or analysis.
- Ability to prepare professional pitch decks and presentations.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Inter CA / MBA - Finance / CFA 2.0Pass Candidate
