Roles and Responsibilities
The candidate should be computer savvy self-motivated result oriented male graduate aged up to 38 years possessing 4 to 8 years proven experience as a front-line Supervisor / Manager in selling Ethical Patent and Proprietary AYURVEDIC Formulations OR Pharmaceutical Products ( to prescribing and dispensing Doctors and Chemists) , stockists and sales team (of Medical Representatives) handling skills & sound territory knowledge of Bundelkhand region (Jhansi , Lalitpur, Jalaun, Hamirpur, Mahoba , Gwalior, Morena , Bhind, Shivpuri, Tikamgarh, Chatarpur , Panna & Datia Districts) of U.P. & M.P. in reputed ETHICAL Patent and Proprietary AYURVEDIC Formulations / PHARMACEUTICAL products manufacturing companies.
The candidate must possess proven ability to train , motivate and guide his down line sales team of Medical Representatives (for generating Doctors' prescription and for directly selling to Dispensing Doctors and Chemists) with excellent stockists handling skills , for achieving business goals of the company in his territory.
