Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth by generating new leads and acquiring clients in the Import-Export, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, and Shipping sectors. The candidate will be responsible for field sales activities, client meetings, relationship building, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business leads through field visits, networking, references, and market research.
• Identify and approach potential clients from the Import-Export, Logistics, Shipping, Freight Forwarding, and Supply Chain industries.
• Conduct client meetings, present company services, and convert prospects into business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for clients.
• Maintain a database of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:
• Any Graduate
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Field Sales, Business Development, Logistics, Shipping, Freight Forwarding, or Import-Export industry preferred
• Ability to travel for client meetings and business development activities
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
