Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electronics Repair Engineer with strong expertise in electronic card repair, PCB troubleshooting, component-level diagnostics, hardware debugging, and research & development.

The selected candidate will be responsible for repairing complex electronic cards, identifying hardware failures, performing root cause analysis, developing repair methodologies, and supporting continuous product improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Electronic Card & PCB Repair

• Perform component-level repair of electronic cards and printed circuit boards (PCBs).
• Diagnose and repair failures in telecom, networking, industrial, embedded, and electronic equipment.
• Replace faulty SMD, BGA, ICs, MOSFETs, capacitors, resistors, connectors, processors, and power components.
• Carry out precision soldering, de-soldering, and rework of electronic assemblies.

Troubleshooting & Diagnostics

• Troubleshoot analog and digital electronic circuits.
• Interpret circuit diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring failures.
• Validate repaired boards through functional and reliability testing.

Research & Development

• Develop repair procedures and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Design test fixtures, repair jigs, and validation processes.
• Support reverse engineering and product improvement initiatives.
• Improve repair yield, reduce turnaround time, and optimize repair costs.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Operate diagnostic equipment including:
  • Digital Multimeter
  • Oscilloscope
  • Logic Analyzer
  • Function Generator
  • Bench Power Supply
• Ensure compliance with ESD standards and quality procedures.
• Maintain repair documentation and technical reports.

Technical Leadership

• Mentor junior engineers and technicians.
• Provide technical support for complex repair cases.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to improve repair efficiency.
