Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Field Sales

Location: Bhikaji Cama Place, Delhi
Sales Territory: Delhi/NCR
CTC: Up to ₹4.8 LPA
Gender Preference: Male

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive B2B sales and business growth across Delhi/NCR. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a professional personality, and experience in field sales or business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through field visits and client meetings.

  • Identify and develop relationships with potential B2B customers.

  • Conduct product presentations and explain solutions to clients.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Prepare sales reports and update CRM records regularly.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer support.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline.

  • 1–5 years of experience in Field Sales, Business Development, or B2B Sales.

  • Experience from any industry is acceptable.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Presentable, confident, and professional approach.

  • Willingness to travel extensively within Delhi/NCR.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Valid Driving License (DL).

  • Own two-wheeler or four-wheeler.

  • Comfortable with field sales activities and client visits.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Self-motivated and target-driven.

  • Excellent relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage sales territory effectively.
