Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Field Sales
Location: Bhikaji Cama Place, Delhi
Sales Territory: Delhi/NCR
CTC: Up to ₹4.8 LPA
Gender Preference: Male
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive B2B sales and business growth across Delhi/NCR. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a professional personality, and experience in field sales or business development.
Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through field visits and client meetings.

Identify and develop relationships with potential B2B customers.

Conduct product presentations and explain solutions to clients.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Prepare sales reports and update CRM records regularly.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer support.
Required Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline.

1–5 years of experience in Field Sales, Business Development, or B2B Sales.

Experience from any industry is acceptable.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Presentable, confident, and professional approach.

Willingness to travel extensively within Delhi/NCR.
Mandatory Requirements

Valid Driving License (DL).

Own two-wheeler or four-wheeler.

Comfortable with field sales activities and client visits.
