🎯 Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage end-to-end procurement and purchasing activities
✅ Source raw materials, fabrics, trims, accessories, and packaging materials
✅ Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors
✅ Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships
✅ Identify new vendors to improve quality and reduce costs
✅ Ensure timely availability of materials for uninterrupted production
✅ Monitor market trends and pricing fluctuations
✅ Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Accounts teams
✅ Maintain purchase records, vendor databases, and documentation
✅ Ensure quality compliance and timely material deliveries

🎓 Candidate Profile
✔ Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
✔ 2–4 years of experience in Procurement/Purchasing
✔ Experience in Manufacturing, Packaging, Bags, Garments, or Textile Industry preferred
✔ Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
✔ Excellent communication and coordination abilities
✔ Good knowledge of MS Excel, ERP Systems, and Inventory Management
✔ Ability to work independently and handle multiple vendors effectively
